No D.Rouse hair does not offer refunds. All sales are final, due the health and safety rules and regulations. Please be attentive when placing your order and choose the correct lengths and patterns.

What type of extensions do you have?
D.Rouse Hair is 100% Virgin hair. It’s the highest quality of hair with no very little shedding.

How many bundles are required for styling?
The quantity of bundles that are recommend varies on the look which you are trying to achieved. Approximately 2-3 bundles can be used for a full sew in hair up to 18 inches. We recommend 3-5 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Rule of thumb longer the length the thinner the bundle.

How long can my extensions last?
With great maintenance D.Rouse Hair extensions can last within 6-12 months. However, with excellent maintenance it can be re-installed frequently. We do recommend using D.Rouse Hair products for co-washing.

Can I color my hair extensions?
Certainly, but we do recommend you hire a professional stylist to achieve the look you want. Our hair is 100% Virgin hair if colored is added please keep hydrated.

Can I make changes to my order?
